Throughout the summer months Camp Rotary is a fully bilingual residential camp for both children and adults with physical and developmental disabilities.  It is located at Grand Lake, N.B., is owned by the Rotary Club of Fredericton, and operated by NB Easter Seals.  During the spring and fall, the wonderful camp facilities are available for conferences and meetings.  The camp-site is an excellent place for conferences, regional meetings, and residential camp programs. 

The camp-site includes 8 spacious cabins, a recreation/gathering hall, a large dining hall/kitchen, a chapel, roomy washroom facilities, a large tennis/basketball court, archery range, nature trails through the woods, baseball/playing field, firepit, beachfront, and outdoor pool.  Meetings and conference sessions can be held in a variety of indoor locations for large or small groups.  Bed capacity, and eating capacity is for 120 persons.  All of our buildings are barrier free and fully accessible for person with disabilities, and are heated and insulated for maximum comfort during the cooler months. Program equipment including canoes, archery equipment, arts and crafts supplies; and a variety of sporting equipment for all popular sports.

Camp Rotary has played host to many conference groups and camp programs in the past, large and small.  These conferences have proved cost effective for the rental group; have provided an opportunity for users to enjoy an outdoor experience; and have helped provide rental revenue that supports Camp Rotary's summer programs for campers with disabilities

Rentals at Camp Rotary can be tailor made to the unique requirements of the rental group.  Prices generally come in two packages - facilities only, and with food services.  Additional staffing can be provided at further costs (Counsellors, Canoe Instructor, Lifeguard, etc.)  Prices begin as follows, & taxes do not apply.

Students and youth..................................................$17/person/day  (week-end:  $34)

Adults.....................................................................$20/person/day  (week-end:  $40)

With Food Service*

Children or persons with disabilities.........................$25 /person/day  (week-end:  $50)

Students and youth..................................................$ 30/person/day  (week-end:  $60)

Adults.....................................................................$37.50/person/day  (week-end:  $75)

*Weekend conference rentals include food service from supper Friday to lunch on Sunday.  Deluxe meals, coffee breaks, and special diets where possible, can all be made available.  Prices will increase accordingly.
