Hello, camp families! Are you registering online for the first time? Do you want a refresher on how to use the Camp Rotary registration system? If so, this guide is for you!
We've broken the registration process down into 10 easy steps.

Go to our registration site: https://camprotarynb.campbrainregistration.com/ .
Use the boxes at the bottom of the page to: A) Create an account, if your camper has never attended Camp Rotary before - note that the account must be created in , not the name of the camper B) Login to your account, if your camper attended Camp Rotary previously
If you don’t remember your password, use the “Reset password” link underneath the Login button to reset it.
Please read the information on how registration works.
Once you have read everything, click the “Start Application” button to begin registering for Camp Rotary.
Note: if you have already started a registration, then left before completing it, the information will be saved. The button will instead say “Continue Application”.
The “Instructions” page will feature any news or changes to registration for the current year.
Once you’ve finished reading, click the Continue button.
This step is choosing the person to register for camp. The person being registered must be in the “Child” category: a “Parent” cannot register.
Ensure that the person’s information is correct. If the person you’re looking to register isn’t listed, click the “Add A Child” link to add them.
Once the person is selected, the Continue button will turn blue and become clickable. Click it to move to the next step.
Choose the camp session for your camper by clicking on the camp’s name, then choosing “Add to cart”. Multiple sessions can be chosen, if desired.
Once a session is selected, the Continue button will turn blue and be clickable. Click it to continue.
Note that Camp Rotary’s sessions are age-based: only sessions that match your camper’s age will be shown. If you can’t see the session you want, please use the “Previous” link to go back one page, and make sure your camper’s age is correct.
This page shows Camp Rotary’s registration forms. All forms must be completed before a camper can be registered. Forms can be saved while you’re working on them, and it isn’t necessary to fill out all forms at the same time. You can work on one, save, and finish it another day.

After your forms are filled out, you will chose a payment method. Depending on your camp session, other options may be listed.

Please review everything you’ve chosen, before submitting your registration. If you’ve chosen to pay for your camp session by credit card, the boxes to enter your credit card information will also appear on this page.
Once you’ve confirmed everything is in order, submit it using the blue button.
This is the screen which shows that all your documents have been submitted successfully.
This summary page shows all the camper’s registration information.
You can review your contact information, download the account statement showing your remaining balance, or retrieve a copy of your confirmation letter, if you’re unable to find your automatic confirmation e-mail.
Congratulations, your camper is now registered!
